Baylor AD Mack Rhoades on NIL: Lack of uniform laws a disadvantage for schools ‘that are doing it right’

Baylor athletic director Mack Rhoades said a lack of uniformity in name, image and likeness (NIL) legislation across the country makes it difficult for athletic departments that strive to play by the rules in the era of player compensation at the collegiate level.
