George Kliavkoff ‘still not happy’ with state of NIL

Pac-12 commissioner George Kliavkoff has been outspoken about what he views as some perceived missteps in the implementation of name, image and likeness (NIL) reform in college athletics, and he said Wednesday at the Pac-12 basketball media day he’s ‘still not happy’ with the current state of NIL.
