Maryland Athletics Named Opendorse’s NIL Power 5 Partner of the Year

Maryland Athletics was awarded Opendorse’s Power 5 Athlete-Driven Partner of the Year, an honor presented to the athletic program that is going above and beyond to help student-athletes protect, build and monetize their personal brands.

Maryland has excelled in all name, image and likeness (NIL) categories, including by using Opendorse, a sports technology company dedicated to supporting and endorsing athletes, to share premium content; providing NIL education and resources; and offering a simple disclosure process to help student-athletes remain compliant.
