Report: NCAA takes aim at Texas A&M’s new 12th Man+ NIL initiative

Ross Dellinger with Sports Illustrated reported today that NCAA executive vice president of regulatory affairs Stan Wilcox has sent an email to member institutions that existing regulations forbid schools from using “entities acting on behalf of the institution” to secure NIL funds.
