Denver Gymnastics Holds Steady at No. 7 Nationally

Denver’s bars squad jumped two spots to No. 2 in the country after setting a new program record for road score (49.600) on Sunday, which equals the highest bars ranking in program history (first set in the final week of the 2021 season). This week’s No. 2 ranking marks the highest that DU has been ranked on bars by season average and is the highest event ranking Denver has held since it was No. 1 on beam in Week 1 of the 2023 season and Week 3 of the 2022 season.

Hutchinson is ranked in the all-around and on all four events for the third week in a row. Mundell and Ulrich join her in the all-around rankings, giving DU three nationally-ranked all-arounders in the same week for the second time this season.
